Haisel Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Haisel LLC (“Haisel”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate household members of Haisel are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on January 5, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the required actions through the Gleam.io entry form:

Optional bonus actions may be completed for additional entries, but they are not required to win.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Haisel Gift Credit, redeemable only at www.haisel.co.

The gift credit:

• Is not redeemable for cash
  
• Is non-transferable
  
• Cannot be resold
  
• Must be used in accordance with Haisel’s standard policies
  

All normal shipping times and processing times apply.

Many items are made to order and may take 3-5 weeks to ship

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be announced and contacted between January 5-7, 2025 via the email provided and/or a direct message from the official @haisel.co Instagram account.

The selected winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond in that timeframe, Haisel reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Haisel, which are final and binding.

Haisel reserves the right to:

• Disqualify entries that violate the rules or appear fraudulent
  
• Modify or end the giveaway due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances
  
• Make reasonable adjustments to the announcement window if travel or logistical delays occur

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for contacting the winner and administering the giveaway.

Entrant information will not be sold or shared.

9. Limitation of Liability

Haisel is not responsible for:

• Technical malfunctions
  
• Lost, late, or misdirected entries
  
• Errors in submission
  
• Any injuries or damages resulting from participation
  

Entrants release Haisel from any liability arising from participation or prize usage.

10. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California.
