Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 10 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

All original packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included.

The return must be initiated within the 10-day window by emailing hello@haisel.studio.
Haisel reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
2. Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Refund)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom pieces

Engraved or personalized pieces

Sale, promotional, or discounted items

Items purchased with store credit or trade-in credit
These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on refund-eligible items.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Haisel is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product price and applicable sales tax will be refunded once the return is inspected and approved.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt of the return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@haisel.studio with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
6. Trade-In Policy vs. Refunds
If you change your mind about a piece after the 10 day return window, we recommend using our Trade-In Program, which allows you to receive 80-100% store credit toward a future piece, depending on its condition.
Trade-ins are not refunds and do not affect your eligibility for the 10-day refund window.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
You may either:

Return eligible items for a refund (if within 10 days), or
-
Use the Trade-In Program for store credit toward something new.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Haisel is not responsible for loss, theft, or non-retrieval. Customers must contact the carrier to file a claim.
