1. Shipping Eligibility
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Production & Processing Time
Most Haisel pieces are made to order.
Production and processing can take up to 3–5 weeks before shipment.
This timeline begins once your order is confirmed and paid.
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
3. Shipping Method & Cost
We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipments may be sent via USPS, UPS, or another insured carrier at our discretion.
Expedited or rush shipping may be available at an additional cost. Contact hello@haisel.studio before ordering if you need a specific deadline.
4. Shipping Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
5. Risk of Loss, Theft, or Non-Delivery
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
Haisel LLC is not responsible for packages that are:

Marked “Delivered” but missing

Lost or stolen after delivery

Unclaimed or returned due to incorrect address entry
Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible but are not able to replace orders at no cost in cases of post-delivery loss or theft.
6. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying reshipment fees.
Haisel does not assume responsibility for delivery failures caused by address errors.
7. Pre-Order or Delayed Items
If your order includes an item with a longer lead time, your entire order may ship together unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to ship partial orders at our discretion.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests after an order is placed.
9. Delivery Issues
If your order shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, we recommend:

Checking alternate doors / mailrooms / neighbors

Waiting 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

Contacting the carrier to open a missing mail / lost package case
We cannot open claims on your behalf; only the recipient may file a report.
